- Who pays what: every fee is added to the buyer's price and shown before they pay, so your ticket price reaches you in full. Processing is rounded up to the cent so the fee is always covered — here that leaves you $0.01 extra.
- One order: the booking fee is per ticket (per person for group tickets); Stripe's 30¢ is charged once per payment, so bigger orders cost a little less per ticket.
- Taxes: YourTicketHub doesn't add GST/HST at checkout. If your tickets are taxable, include the tax in your ticket price. Stripe may charge tax on its own fees — check your Stripe statement.
- Rates: Stripe's standard Canadian online card rate (2.9% + 30¢ per payment). International cards, currency conversion and disputes can cost more — Stripe pricing.
